Q. How can I make larger the chain of the hookshot? Because in the temple of water I need to use the hookshot for many things but in some sases the hookshot is not enought larg. Thank you for pay me attention

A. In the Water Temple you get the longshot it's better than the hookshot becouse it gets things from far away. Look in Blade's Updates to see the walkthrough of the Water Temple.

Q. Hi there! Sorry to bother you, but can you tell me how I get the longshot? Cheers Paddy

A. The Longshot is in the Water Temple. For a full walktrhough check out Blades' Updates. It will get you to the Longshot. If you are talking about the Hookshot you will need to go to the graveyard as an adult and go to the first grave on the far left. You will have to race Dampe' the Gravekeeper. If you can keep up with him he will give you the Hookshot.

Q. Where are the Big Poes. are they the ones that run away from you when you are on your horse? I hope so. Thanks again. Mike

A. Yes, those are the Big Poes there are 10 of them located all over Hyrule Field.

Q. Hi I have a question about Zelda64 that is bugging me very much. Where is the last bottle, I have the one from Lake Hylia, i have the one from the Cuccos lady, I have the one from Talon @ Lon Lon, Where is the last bottle? If you can E-mail the location to me I would greatly appreciate it Mike

A. The last bottle is a little harder to get when you are grown up there is a Poe buyer in what's left of the Market. He want special Poes and he will pay you if you get him some then he will put points on your card. If you get 1,000 points on it then he will give you the last bottle. You must be on your horse to get the Big Poes and have your Bow to shoot them. After you shoot them two times then it will die and you can go get it and put it in a bottle and give it to the Poe buyer.

Q.HI! How do I win the race with the running man in Gerudo Valley? Thanks Again

A. Ok we just finially got the answer to this question today. According to the Official Zelda 64 page, sponsered Nintendo of America, It is not possible to beat the running man. If someone trys to tell you that they did then it is probobly a lie. I am sorry and if there is a secret that we are not being told, we will find out and Update it on the page.

Q. Where do I find the mirror shield?!?

A. The Mirror Shield is in the Spirit Temple, located in the desert. You play this dungeon as a child and an adult. You get the Silver Gauntlets as a child and the Mirror Shield as an adult. Both of these treasures are located in the hands of the the statue on the outside of the Temple. You must go through the temple to get to the hand though.

Q. In the Shadow Temple I'm to a room in which two spiked walls move into the center and eventualy crush me. I can see the treasure chest containing the Boss Key but I can't reach it. Please tell me how I can.

A.  Use Din's Fire if you have it if you don't have you need to go get it from the Great Fairy at the dead end going to Hyrule Castle. When you use it it will burn the spiked walls letting you get to Boss Key.

Q. After I've given the prescription to King Zora, I can't deliver the frog to the scientist before my time expires. I don't have Epona and I'm wondering if it is possible to "beat the clock" so to speak, without her. If riding her is a mudt can you give me any tips on how to beat Ingo in the race , e.g. when to use carrots.

A.  It really is a must to have Epona (your horse) to make it on time. There is no easy way to get Epona, so far it soundslike you at least know the basics. What you will need to do is try to use only one carrat when you first take off. If you try to work to the outside Ingo will go a little farther out giving you the opportunity to pass quickly on the inside. The best place to try and pass him is on the straight away located at the back of the corral. It does take time to get the timing down perfect so don't give up to soon. Try to make sure you keep at least one or two carrat once you pass him or he will just pass you right back.

Thats all for now. If you have a question you would like us to answer then E-mail it to us and we will post it on this page. Go to next for past posted questions and answers.
