Where the Item is found, and in depth description.

The items are as follows:

Swords

Kokiri Sword (C)

Child

This is found near Link’s house. When you go down the ladder for his house, run around to the right, go up the ramp and over the fence at the top. In the inclosed area, there is a hole in the wall. Crawl through, go through the little area you arrive in and open the chest. The Kokiri sword is a legendary item among the Kokiri. It does 1x damage on regular attacks.

Master Sword (C)

Adult

This item is in the Temple of Time. When you get the three Spiritual Stones, go back to Castle Hyrule. You’ll see a brief scene, and receive the Ocarina of Time. Follow the instructions given by Princess Zelda, and you will get the Master Sword. The Master Sword is a legendary sword that reflects magic. It is the key to time travel in this game. The Master Sword does 2x damage on regular attacks.

Giant’s Knife (A)

Adult

In Goron City, as an adult, on the floor that the Link the Goron Son of Darania rolls around on, there is a set of four bombable doors. Behind, there is a goron who will sell you Giant’s Knife for 200 rupees. It is exactly like the Biggoron’s Sword, except it breaks after three or four hits. This sword does 4x damage on regular attacks.

Biggoron’s Sword (A)

Adult

If you do the trading game after you get the Longshot, you get this awesome item. It just like the Giant’s knife in that it’s two-handed, long blade that does 4x damage, but it won’t EVER break.

Shields

Deku Shield (C)

Child

This item may be found if you look around the Kokiri Forest, but I suggest buying it. Run around until you have 40 rupees, then go to the Kokiri Shop and purchase it. This shield can reflect attacks from creatures that spit deku nuts. However, this is also a flammable item.

Hylian Shield (C)

Child-Adult

The Hylian Shield can be purchased from the Hyrule Market. However, if you go as a child to the Graveyard at night, find the grave with flowers infront of it. Then just pull it back and jump down the resulting hole. The shield is inside. As a child, you can’t reflect deku nuts, but you can as an adult. This is a fireproof shield.

Mirror Shield (A)

Adult

This shield is found at the Desert Colossus as an adult. Find the way to the hand, and open the chest.

This shield reflects most magical attacks, althought it won’t reflect deku nuts. It will also absorb some magical attacks.

This is initial equipment. It is a simple tunic, has no real use except to keep Link clothed.

Goron Tunic (A)

Adult

This tunic can be found in Goron City. As an adult, there will be a little goron rolling around on one of the floors. You have two options: throw a well-timed bomb, or use the bow and arrow and shoot one of the bomb flowers when he passes. When you stop him, he’ll start ranting some stuff, and then give you the Goron Tunic. You can not die of heat with this on.

Zora Tunic (A)

Adult

When you’re an adult, get some blue fire from the Ice Cavern, and unfreeze King Zora. He’ll give you a Zora tunic. You can not drown as long as you wear this.

This is found in the Ice Caverns. With this, you won’t slide on ice, you can walk at the bottom of any body of water, and you can’t be blown away by fans found in the Shadow Temple. Unfortunately, your terribly slow.

Hover Boots (A)

Adult

This is found in the Shadow Temple. With this, you can float over gaps for a short period of time, cross the River of Sand in the Haunted Wasteland, however, there is no traction, and your completely at the will of the fans in the shadow temple.
